TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
For interational clients, I accept payment through Paypal only. If you're from Poland, I can accept payment through a bank transfer

If you're using Paypal, remember not to pay thought family and friends, since it can get both me and you in trouble

I only accept payment upfront or after the sketch is done and will absolutely not agree on payment after I'm already finished with the artworkI can accept holds, but only if you're 100% sure you'll buy the artwork and I won't start working on it before receiving the moneyI give out refunds initiated by the customer only before I finish the sketch or after 4 months of waiting, unless I inform you at the start that the commission may take longer than that

Waiting time
The waiting time on when the artwork will be finished depends on the amount of work I currently have, difficulty of the commission and many other factorsYou are entitled to an update from me every two weeks or so about the state of your commission. If I forget to update you, feel free to send a reminderThings I will not draw

Anything related to politics
Bigoted imagery
Anything I simply don't feel confortable with

If you commission me, you are not allowed to:
Claim the finished product as your own art
Erase my signature from the piece
Use the artwork in any current or future blockchain technology or as a way to promote it
Gain any monotery value from it without asking my premission first (Ex. Using it for merchandise purposes that aren't strictly personal)By commissioning from me you agree to these rules. I am allowed to withdraw from the transaction if you break them, you'll then instantly recive a refund
